“Oh, the wonder of the gospel of Jesus! That God sent Jesus for us! That Jesus was willing to follow the Father’s plan! Think about the wisdom that was hidden in God. Think of the ultimate expression and display of love from God!
Think of all the plan preparation. All the prophecies about Jesus many hundreds of years prior to His appearing. Yet, it all culminated in the Son of God born through a virgin in a man’s body! He became the Son of man! The second Adam! The last Adam! For us! Oh, the wonder of it all!
It’s extended to ALL who believe–from the least to the greatest. Everyone who comes to the foot of the cross of Christ in faith shall have eternal life. Oh the wonder of it all. No one is excluded. All are invited.
Will people will humble themselves before the Risen Lord of glory? Who died a bloody death. Who went to hell in our place. As a man! Representing man to God. Representing God to man! Who was raised from the dead in complete victory over death that held us captive! All for us!
How valuable are you and I? Look what God did! He has determined our value! And, He has given us His Kingdom along with Christ! Oh the wonder of it all! As we approach the Thanksgiving season and the Christmas season, we have so much to be thankful for.
