“Believers are in Christ. We’re connected to the vine that brings life. Religion is not connected to God’s life. It’s an empty shell. Earthly. Originating from man’s idea or concept of God. Coming from various erroneous ideas. There is the true. And there is the false.
The true is Jesus. The false is everything else. People like to accuse believers as excluding all other religions. It’s true. We exclude them because Jesus excludes them. Jesus trashed religion! Even though here in America we tolerate all religions because of our freedoms, God excludes them. It doesn’t mean that we don’t love the people. Of course we do! God loves them!
But, Jesus is the ONLY way that God Himself has provided. Why waste time looking at other false beliefs. There is no life in them! God’s life is not there! His life is ONLY in Jesus! That is fact. And, the sooner you and I awaken to this fact the better!
Since God’s eternal life is only found in Jesus, it’s pointless to consider any other idea. People are genuinely searching for God. There is a place in our heart that only God can fill and satisfy. Other religions may seem to bring peace, but it is fleeting. There is no peace that a person can experience that’s anything close to knowing Jesus, The Prince of Peace!
Why place our faith in a dead religion? Why believe words that do not work? With no power coming from God? The Lord always backs His Word! The good news of Jesus is the power of God to everyone who believes! What He has said, He has done! We can prove it in our own lives!
Faith in God and His Word is real! It really is true, so it really works! There are religions that have supernatural things happening. But, it’s not God! It’s a perverted power that is coming from Satan and the demons. People actually worship them. Desiring their wisdom. Receiving darkness and temporary earthly wisdom. This is just another dead religion as all the other ones!
The devil will soon be thrown in the pit when the angel of God chains him up! And, his final destination is the Lake Of Fire! Once again, all those who are involved with this religion and the different degrees of all the other related religions will soon find out the real truth. The rejection of the good news of Jesus will cost you! It’s not a threat. No, of course not. We are after your good here!
It’s a warning to heed the words of Jesus. He is our witness from God. Because, He came from God. He Himself is God. Jesus is also a man. Jesus was murdered. He was dead! And, after 3 days came back from the dead. Alive to die no mare! He is in His glorified resurrected flesh and bone body in heaven right now!
Even now, He is ministering to and for us. We are part of Him. He is part of us. Anyone in Christ has become a new creation. All the things that were before are gone. Everything in Christ is new. We are connected to God now. Never to be apart again!
This is not religion, my friend! This is a personal intimate relationship with Jesus and the Father. Religion cannot save you! Form and ritual cannot save you! Procedure cannot save you! Only a relationship with Jesus will save you. In Him is God’s eternal life. It’s in no other! Anywhere! Anytime! Jesus is our bridge to God!
Will we listen to the Son of God that was slain for us? Who gave it all for us! Who ever lives to make intersession for us before the Father! There is only One!
What will you do with Jesus? That is the big question that faces you. Because, the rejection of Jesus is rejection of God’s eternal life! We all need Jesus. It’s life or death. We were already apart from God’s life.
Jesus came to bring us His eternal life. To live with Him in the Kingdom. It was a gift of God to all who believe! Not religion! Life! Grace! To all who believe! Including you! It’s free! It’s because of God’s love for you and I.
I saw a billboard the other day. It said, Jesus is the only way. I said to my wife, how can anyone face Jesus at the judgement having rejected His love? There are signs and TV programs, radio, and internet. His message is everywhere in America! The truth will be exposed about us all. Jesus does not reject people. People reject Jesus! And, each one of us makes up our own will.
Do you think that God created you that He can over-ride your will like a robot? No, of course not. He is not going to over-ride your will now or ever. That is yours and yours alone! He leaves it up to you what family you want to be in. He has done everything to have you with Him! Jesus was all that He had to give that would redeem us! He gave everything! Jesus gave everything submitting to the will of the Father!
You must choose who you will serve! So, when we stand before the Lord later, what will be our defense when all is disclosed and naked for all to see? God is going to separate one family from the other.–2 groups. Ones who’s names are found in the book of life, and the ones who are not found in the book of life.
If you were to leave earth right now after your next breath, what group would you find yourself with? Which family? Do you know if your name is written in the book of life? Only those who have been washed in the blood of Jesus and redeemed are found in the book.
Jesus died for you and I. He died in our and my place to present us to God. Forgiven. Clean and new. But, even though Jesus did it all for you, your will is involved. There is a man-ward part and a God-ward part to everything. If you do not receive Him, and you want to stay where you are, you can. He will not force you! He will not cross your will. We are not robots!
But, if you will receive what He did for you personally, by an act of your own will, confessing Jesus as your Lord, you will be saved and changed. Your name will be entered into the Lamb’s book of Life! Everything becomes new. The old is gone. It’s you and Jesus now!
This message is not religion. It is God’s message to us to receive Jesus. Faith in Jesus is connecting to God’s life! Not form or regulations or trying to make ourselves presentable to God. But, coming as we are (He sees anyway). And honestly, sincerely, from our heart, receive Jesus. Let God come in!
