Think about it, my friend. Who are you and I? That the Lord of Glory who lives forever in splendor, would be willing to come down here to a cursed earth. Placing Himself in the midst of those who hate Him. Who want to murder Him! Because He was not of this world.
He came directly from God the Father as His Messenger and Witness to the truth! His very blood was Holy and no death was in Him at all. He was the 2nd Adam! The Last Adam! No sickness or disease could touch Him! He allowed Himself to become a man in order to save mankind. What an amazing truth! What an amazing thought! The miracle of it all!
Why would The Lord Of Glory subject Himself to all of that evil, torture and hate? Why? My friend, it was all because of love for you and I. Now, because of what Jesus has done for us, we can believe in Him and receive His own eternal life with Him! It’s for all who believe from the highest to the lowest of people in our world. All are welcome into His Kingdom.
He has provided His life for us! Everyone who believes shall be saved! Everyone who believes in Jesus share in His eternal life. Everyone who believes in Jesus has the Kingdom of God within them! What a powerful truth! All because of Jesus!
What a sad thing when people don’t believe in this message. They exclude themselves from all the wonderful provisions and promises of God. They make themselves not belong to God by their own will. By their own choice! Not God’s! His will is that ALL come to repentance and turn toward Him!
He has already moved toward us, for our benefit, and did what we never could do! He gave us a way back home to Him! It is through Jesus that we become One with God again! Do you see? This is what is really important in our lives! Not all the other things of this world that will soon pass away! Jesus IS what’s important! Period!
The miracle of Jesus coming for us is beyond comprehension. Jesus came for us simply out of love for us! He was willing to go through all of that evil that He endured simply because of love for you and I. He was, and is, full of love for us! Why us? What is so great about us that the only Son of God Himself would be willing to come down here with all this evil to be murdered? Why?
Well, in truth, with our understanding, we can only grasp a portion of the total reason of it all. But, consider this friend, we were created in the beginning god creatures. We were created to rule here on earth with God. We were the gods of this world as God handed us the complete authority of it. To rule over and subdue it!
Adam possessed Father’s given Authority of this earth realm. He was the top ruler here! We were God’s children created in His image and likeness in the beginning. He breathed of Himself into us at creation. Spirit of His Spirit. Part of Himself. We were the crown jewel of everything He created! And, God created all of these material things for the purpose of watching us enjoy what He had done.
It was all for us! He wanted to be part of, and share in, the wonders of our discovery as we understood more, and developed, and grew in our soul. All the perfect perfection of the original creation. It was a much different place than now! God really did give the earth’s authority to Adam. And, Adam did the absolute wrong thing with it, (but he had the right to do the wrong thing) and succumbed to God’s enemy, Satan…” KF KenFletcher.org
