The Input Problem

By Ken Fletcher

“Why is doubt present in your heart? It’s because of what has your attention! What is your focus upon? To be single minded means to have one mind to the exclusion of other thoughts. Faith and doubt cannot occupy the same space. Doubt allowed to stay produces more doubt. Brother Hagin said it is possible to have doubt in your head and faith in your heart. Yes, it’s true. But, doubt must be dealt with by your heart to your head. It must be cast out.

Otherwise, if allowed to stay in your mind, you will end up wavering. If wavering is happening, you are double minded. And, you cannot receive in that state. Being single minded requires spiritual discipline. Discipline over your thoughts. The fight of faith is a confidence fight. It is a fight of entering into rest. It’s about when you really know what you have.

Mainly, for us, it is an input problem. We are not attending to the Word of God like we should.–What did He say to do?–Focusing upon what God has said.–Living in the truth of it. Instead, we are distracted with many other things.

If you are hungry enough, you will seek God. You will seek faith. You will put your attention and time on it. Every spare moment. If you’re hungry enough, that is. What if you focused on His truth throughout your day instead of other things that are temporary? You would see results, my friend. Real results!

Many people think that God’s word is not practical. But, I have proven that it is. If the Bible does not work then we should throw it away. If it does not work then it is not really God’s word. But, it is! And, it does! Faith unlocks it for us.

God is limited in our lives by our own limitations! If you’re not getting results, then you need to fill yourself with truth.–Run the doubt out. Do not allow yourself to doubt anymore. Let faith arise in your heart! Stand on God’s word and do not move! If you do not move, and God does not move, something has got to move that you two do not agree with! That is the results of faith. The manifestation.

After it manifests, you obviously do not have to believe anymore. It’s completed. Whatever God says we have we have! Even when we do not feel like it. It is ours. When are we going to grow up and start believing it and acting like it? Hope something I have written gives you some perspective. With love.” KF KenFletcher.org
