“Have you noticed how Christians are being targeted world-wide? Just one example is, 100,000 believers in Nigeria have been killed in the last several years. Have you heard about it on the main stream news? Of course not! That’s not important news to them. They are too busy manipulating the perceptions of people.
But, the truth is, the spirit of the world is against the Spirit of God.–of Who’s we are! Jesus said to not marvel that the world hates you. It hated Him first, and we are included–we’re part of Jesus! Of course they hate us!
And, so we should not be surprised at their hate and corresponding evil words and actions. Many, many Christians have died on this earth through the centuries JUST BECAUSE they belonged to Jesus.
No one wants to be killed, but personally, I don’t care if they kill me to shut me up. By His grace, I will always stay with Jesus and do what He says regardless of what they decide to do. They can ALL have this world! I will not let go of Jesus! Take this whole world, but give me Jesus! I won’t turn back! I won’t turn back! Stop and think, what is there to turn back to?
Even in persecution, where would we turn back to? Back to the world? Well, there’s no way! It’s a sinking ship! It will not recover! Can’t you see the water rushing into the ship? It’s only a matter of time that this evil world is going to implode. Any intelligent awake person can see that! Whatever the world decides to do, I have made my decision. No matter what they do, I am sticking with Jesus!
In the past, our brothers and sisters endured being cast to hungry Lions and Tigers, etc. They were sawed in pieces. Despised by the world. Counted as refuse. Those who God esteems as precious are treated like trash to be taken out and disposed of.
Look what these evil satanists and others are doing to the little babies! For thousands of years! And now, multiplied many fold in our day! Whether babies are in the womb or out. Using up, abusing the children in horrible, hellish and unthinkable ways, and then counting these precious little ones as refuse. Of who this world is not worthy. This world is an affront to God. Which means it is an affront to us! But, when it’s all over, where will those in the world who have done these things stand in front of God?
I would not want to be in any of those people’s shoes! Especially the ones who have touched the little children and the babies with evil. You think they are going to get away with that? I can assure you, whether in this life or the next, God is going to deal with them much more effectively than we ever thought of. That’s why God tells us, vengeance is mine, says the Lord.–I will repay! I would not want to be in that bunch! No sir, no mamm!
Do I fear death? No. Because of Jesus! But, I do fear God like anyone else with any sense at all. To be at odds with the Almighty is not very smart to say the least! It’s a terrible thing to fall into the hands of The Living God! Who’s anger burns hot against those who would do these things. What is going to happen to them? If they do not repent and cry out for God’s mercy, it’s not going to be good for them. Not good at all!
God will do what is appropriate in their case exactly. It is wise to leave their judgement in the hands of the Lord. He sees it all. All the motivations. Every thought. So, He judges fairly and righteously in each life. He will judge them all according to all He sees in them! Which is far beyond what we can do!
I am so thankful that I will not experience the wrath of the God. It’s ALL because of Jesus! And, that is why I cling to Him no matter what may come in this world. I am His! Let no one doubt it! If they will kill me because I am His, so be it! There is NO better way to die! In faith! Doing the will of God!
So, whether you are a believer reading this in Nigeria or Europe or South America or China, it makes no difference, do not be surprised or confused if the world hates you. Hate you even enough to kill you. Many of our dear brothers and sisters in the Lord were and are killed for His sake. And now, they are honored forever for what they have done! They absolutely should be! They would not give up Jesus no matter what AND they traded in their whole physical world existence for Him! Not giving up their confession of faith in Jesus!
Will we believers who are on earth in this generation determine to stand for Jesus regardless of what the world does? We need to predetermine what we will do! Better make up your mind now. It’s going to get a lot rougher for some of us! Well, I’m praying for us to stand strong in the face of the evil against us.
To always follow in our Master’s foot steps and do the will of God. If it is God’s will that some of us be martyred, then everything the world and the devil throws at us cannot derail our faith in Jesus! We ARE BORN WORLD OVERCOMERS in Christ!” KF KenFletcher.org
