Our instant relationship with Jesus means we can hear from Him inside–we actually hear His words in our soul!
Instantly He is there! We can now respond in faith because we have His word to believe and act upon. The question is, when we examine our thoughts within us, is this thought or that thought Jesus, myself, or someone else? How do you know?
The best way I know how to explain it is this: If it is in agreement with The Bible (have you searched and studied?), if you and Jesus both know that He has ALL of your life in total–your will really is submitted to His, you will hear Him true inside! Why? I believe it’s because your will is now ONLY to do His will. Your selfish will is taken out of the mix because you and Jesus have one will working in your life. His! You are united in what He wants to do!
I am realizing more than ever that I don’t know what I am doing without His leadership. Maybe you believe you know what you’re doing without His input. But, unless you know the future, you’re flying blind to where your own selfish choices will take you! The real distant consequences and destinations of those choices are unknown to you! Now, those are the facts!
So, when it comes to direction, choices, healing, finances, family, peace, etc., the answers are all inside with you and Jesus! Clarity to hear His true leading comes from you and He both knowing you are going to believe and do what He says.
Do you think He will speak to you when He already knows you’re going to do it your way? Probably not. Jesus might on rare occasions. But, He does not waste His Words. One thing for sure, when He does speak to your heart, He will always stay the same. So, if you want to be sure what He said, you can check with Him again and again. If it’s Jesus, it will be the same each time you check inside about it.
I’m talking about faith here. Believing in your heart you hear from Him. Knowing that you have given Him control over your total life. You can be confident that Jesus will lead you in the best way for you in whatever situation you may find yourself in.
He may only reveal to you 1 step to take first. It will always take your faith. But, then, He will give you more faith steps to take that leads you in the right direction each time! Each step brings more clarity to your understanding about His way. But, it takes faith, my friend. Faith to hear and do what Jesus says to do!
What do you believe? Do you believe you can clearly hear Jesus speaking to you anytime? Or maybe you believe that you must pray for a period in order to get “into the spirit” before you can hear Him? Well friend, you absolutely don’t have to wait to feel like you’re in the spirit to hear from Jesus.
You ARE a spirit, He is a Spirit! Jesus IS in you 24/7. He will speak to you anytime! Jesus will communicate with you in your thoughts! Thought to thought! It’s all about your will being submitted to His will. Then, believing you hear clearly from Jesus right in your thoughts. He’s already there, and ready, so you don’t have to ask Him to come!
I hope I am stirring up some believers today that it is possible to hear from Jesus concerning anything in your life.
Why are things messed up in your life? Well, some of it is because you have gone your own way apart from the will of God. There are consequences, results, and destinations to our choices. If we choose something other than what Jesus has for us, it is not going to turn out right. We will find ourselves in a mess. No matter who we are!
But, if we discover the secret of living after what Jesus wills for us, and we choose to do it His way by faith, we will have and enjoy HIS results and destinations for us! We can realize the will of God, my friend. It’s a good future because He is good. It is up to each one of us to choose to hear and do things His way! To believe! To act upon Jesus’s Words by faith!
That which seems impossible to us is possible with faith in God! Do you want to be in a different place than you have been? Well, there is a pathway–a route you can take! Jesus knows what it is. But, you may or may not be in the place you need to be inside with Him to find out what it is!
Some people do not know anything different than doing their own will. Even many Christians! They don’t know how to yield and submit themselves completely to God. Really, that is the starting place. It’s in our heart! I believe it starts with a deep desire within our soul.
Stop and consider, do you want your results and destinations, or do you want God’s? It is a sad fact that many Christians will never see God’s greater will come to pass on earth in their lives. Do they belong to Jesus. Yes! Going to heaven? Yes! But, do they allow Him to run their lives here on earth?
To miss out on the will of God is to miss out seeing Him perform miracles for us. He already wants to. But, we’re the ones who stop it from happening because of our lack of submission to His will. Some folks are afraid to give Jesus everything to control He can only control what we allow Him to.
Faith in God will remove all kinds of mountains! Physical, financial, emotional, social, etc. With God, all things are possible! And, we have Him! Will we allow Jesus to have the steering wheel of our life? Do we trust Him with everything?
Listen friend, you need to immediately do it! Because of your own choices, unknowingly, you may be racing toward a huge cliff coming in your future on your current trajectory. How would you know if you are or you aren’t? Would you perceive it? Or, are you too wrapped up in what you want to do to hear what Jesus sees coming?
Turn it all over to Jesus and do His will from now on! Depend on Him as your source in everything. Let Him have all of your life today! If you do, you can expect Him to lead you lovingly into the best for you in all things!” KF KenFletcher.org
