“Since I heard of the assassination of Charlie Kirk, I have been very grieved in my spirit. Heartbroken. As I am sure many of you have also. These are the signs of our times. Violence of all kinds. Evil is showing out. But, God has a way of turning evil into good.
I thought about Charlie. What he believed and spoke boldly and openly. Fearless in the face of the roaring lions of the left establishments. In the places of the young ideas of our nation. With the students of indoctrination of the liberal teaching in our universities. Face to face. Belief to belief. Openly. Publicly.
Speaking the principles of Jesus, family, and of our constitution. Dealing with sensitive cultural and spiritual issues of our day with no hate. With anyone. From anywhere. He was clear about what he believed was right. The young people loved him all over. He influenced many to get involved with what is going on in our nation. They listened to Charlie. He made sense.
This generation has been forever changed by what Charlie was doing. He has affected all of our lives with his positive message of God, family, and love of this country. Charlie was a patriot in every sense of the word. He was courageous. He was an amazing debater and was solid on what he believed. It was based upon his faith in God.
Recently, I have seen such wonderful tributes to brother Charlie’s life and legacy. Look at all he was able to accomplish so young. God’s hand certainly was on him. We don’t understand this. Why he was taken so soon. We can’t comprehend the evil that took him from us. But, this one really hurt.
What a blow to open discourse!–Open debate!–Where superior ideas should prevail! Honestly! What we are seeing again and again is the bold display of what radicals do when they can’t win in the open discourse of ideas.
What really disturbs me in the aftermath of Charlie’s murder is the happiness people have displayed by the thousands. Happy he was killed! Unbelievable! Are these people humans? Dear Lord, what has happened to our country? But there it is! The reality of where many people are!
It is so sad to see that many people think murder is okay if they disagree. These people are in agreement with evil. Do they realize who they are sided with? Why were these people threatened by Charlie Kirk? Why? Because he spoke the truth! He spoke exposure! He spoke reality! The dark wants to stay in the dark. And, lashes out viscously when exposed.
Charlie was the best and brightest of us Americans in many ways. Cut down in his prime. I wonder what would have been his future had he not been assassinated? I think that’s one very big reason he was assassinated. The darkness was very afraid of him.
I don’t know about you, but, inside, I feel like the assassin has robbed from us all when he killed Charlie. Not just his precious family, but, America was robbed! But, Charlie’s blood will speak now–sealing what he preached.
This generation would listen to him. He could touch them like no one had before. I believe his message to them will be louder than ever. I believe his influence will grow much greater with this generation. I believe many, many young people will come to the Lord! I believe many of them will confess Jesus as their Lord because of Charlie!
We will miss him. Until we see him again in heaven. We are thankful for all he has done for us all in America and the world. In one way or another, we have all been touched by this young precious man of faith. Some have been positively touched and did not even know who he was until he was killed.
Still, Charlie has left behind so many amazing things. We are grateful for all the good things Charlie Kirk did while he was here. We pray for his family. We pray for his wife and his little ones. We pray that they are protected and comforted by the Holy Spirit. That they have clear direction from God for the future. I believe we will see much fruit from his life. Thank God for Charlie Kirk. God bless his family and ministry.” KF KenFletcher.org
