“What a friend we have in Jesus! He is a friend like no other. Who knows us like no other. Who loves us like no other. Who leads us like no other can!
I want nothing that He does not want for me. Why would I? I am THAT confident of His will–that what He has for me is far superior to my own way and plan. I want to always stay in the place He wants for me. I have found out that what I want usually ends up putting me in a sub-standard place along with trouble. Jesus always leads me out and up into victory. He’s always right on time! His will is always the best in every way!
He is after our good, dear ones! More than we are! Because He can see more of where we have been and where we are going! We see very partially! Very limited is the perception of things with us. Here in the matrix, we are dealing with partial truths, deceptions, and lies all the time. Information is slanted and tainted from the true of things.
Motives of men and women are hidden many times. At times, we cannot see past the facade.–What appears to be true. Billions of people are there now–deceived through the fallen material realm and a fallen understanding of the truth. But, because of Jesus, we can perceive the way we should go in spite of all the outward deception that is happening.
People are totally invested in the natural realm. Obviously, we are a part of it, but our focus and direction in life should be inward where Jesus dwells 24/7. It’s there that we receive perspective of reality! We receive directions and wisdom from heaven.
There are many things I do not know in this life. But, I know Jesus. And, He does know about those many things I do not. And, I trust Him with it all.
Many people do not want to turn loose of what they want to be able to find out what Jesus wants for them. They sort of trade off His future in order to keep what they see for themselves in the future. What they do not realize is that it’s costing them of what could have been. But, since they are partially blind, they do not see their error.
But, they are having it their own way! Something sub-standard and not so good is what they will get. Because, they wanted it their way! Wonder what could have been if they had completely given their future choices to Jesus to direct?
Well, it’s up to each of us to decide who is really running the ship! It is our choice to give our own will to Jesus so that we can realize His perfect will for us! There is no friend like Jesus. He’s always after our best. Do we believe that? Many do not. And, they think God is against them. Which He is NOT!
He’s FOR them! No matter where they have come from! God is not mad at anybody! He has poured all of His condemnation upon Jesus on the cross. What that means is, we are now free with no condemnation from God anymore! He is not holding anything against us. So, because of that, anyone can freely come and receive Jesus for themselves.
Later, just wait and see, we will see heaven filled with many people that we did not think would be there. And, we will know that some people are missing–that are not there, who we thought would be there. Jesus knows who are really His.
I am so glad that I know Him. A friend that sticks closer than a brother. Always faithful. Always loving. Always leading us into faith. Always showing us His way. Jesus is a friend like no other can be!” KF KenFletcher.org
