“Some religious churches are like cults. You have to see it their way, or you’re not right with God. Who says? Why are they believing it that way? I’m so glad that, in reality, God is not the way that they say He is. Nope! I’m so glad and thankful that Jesus looks on the heart of a person.
Other men and women may say you are not right with God because you don’t see it the way they do. But, they are NOT the ones who matter! It is God who looks upon the heart who sees the true of us all. We should not think of ourselves the way other people think about us. We should think of ourselves like Jesus thinks about us! That is the true view!
I am certain that I do not see everything right as I should. But, I am committed to seeing it the way Jesus shows me as true. I really don’t expect to be totally right about everything. But, I know Jesus well enough that I know He will show me what I need to know about myself. And, He faithfully does.
So, even though we may not get it perfectly right, if our heart is right before the Master, we can live in His light for us personally. No other person can know what you and Jesus have together. No one! So, how can they be looking at the total picture of you and I? It’s not possible.
I am thankful for all the great ministers and churches who are truly doing the Lord’s will in our day. I have personally been helped so much by some through the years. It has been my privilege to serve in some really great Jesus ordained churches. But, I have also observed much judgement from some of the establishment church people who look down their noses at some people.–Thinking that they do not belong to God because they are doing or NOT doing what they teach in their church. These people are actually working against God.
Jesus does not condemn people. But, they do. They wag their heads and flap their gums spewing out poison in the name of the Lord. I’m talking about religious folk, dear ones! Have I said any names here? Of course not. I do not want to damage anyone or any work. That’s not my business. That is between them and Jesus.
But, what needs to come to the surface is that they are looking at folks another way than the way God looks at folks! Do you see? They are doing exactly what the devil does! The Lord Jesus does not condemn. He has forgiven! What in the world are they doing then?
Well, it seems religious folk are trying to put people under bondage because they do not believe or perform the way they think they should. These people think that other believers should see it their way. I like what Jesus said, if they are not against us, they are for us. Don’t worry about it.
We should love and embrace any person who truly loves Jesus. Maybe they don’t have it right. But, if they are the Lord’s, He will help them to get it right without our judgements. Believers, we are here to bless and help. Not to criticize and belittle where others are in their faith.
The stronger ones should help the weaker ones or new ones that have come into the Kingdom. But, no matter, they are all the Lord’s regardless! Let’s look at each other with the grace that Jesus looks at us. Let’s stop this judgement and looking down at one another crap.
Let’s look for ways to unify, bless, lift and help all of those who call upon the Name of the Lord wherever they may be! It is the Lord’s commandment for us to love one another. Let’s give all of them the grace that God gives us everyday.” KF KenFletcher.org
