“After reading about the fires in LA tonight, my heart has been in prayer about it. I’m asking Father to comfort those who are in despair. Those who have lost everything they have. My heart is there. Jesus is there. To all who have seen the destruction of all they posses, they have not lost everything. They can have Jesus!
He is more than enough to bring them out. He will give comfort. He will give wisdom and guidance. He will provide for them. When things look the worst, Jesus is more powerful. He gives us strength when we have none in ourselves! Wisdom and leadership in our heart. Jesus is after our good, dear friends. He leads us through and out of places of defeat.
He sees ahead and knows what we will face. There is grace available to those who put their trust in Jesus! Whatever grace we need, Jesus has supplied. If you are reading this article and you have lost everything in the fires, please put your trust in Jesus right now! Give it all to Him. Let Him lead you each minute of each day. Let Him bring you out of the loss into victory!
With Jesus, we have everything! In reality, though there is great loss in LA tonight, Jesus is accessible. He IS an ever present help in times of trouble. You really can put your trust in Him. He will give you strength. No matter what.
Will you believe in Him? In spite of all that has happened, will you realize Jesus is after your good? God never has been your enemy. He has always been there to help. In spite of our misunderstandings of God, He has loved us with an everlasting love.
If you’re hurting tonight, reach out to Him in faith. Believe that He is with you. He wants to help and lift you. He wants to heal you. Restore you. Make it better than ever. That’s what He wants to do. So, put your life in His hands and don’t take it out. He will bring you into good places if you’ll listen to Him. I’m praying for you in LA tonight.” KF KenFletcher.org
