“What is faith? It is an inner persuasion. A conviction. But, not necessarily coming from known natural facts. To be fully persuaded inside in our heart is to be full of faith. It means no doubt is present. The God kind of faith comes from what God has said.–Whether the written Word of God or the Spirit of God speaking in our spirit.
What does faith do? It functions as our foundation on which we place our expectation (Bible hope). This foundation is the Word of God. Because we believe what God said, we stand fully persuaded and expect it to come to pass. If we’re not expecting, we are not in faith.
Many times people get what faith IS and what faith DOES mixed up. One thing is for sure, it is through faith we receive from God. It’s through faith we do anything in the Kingdom. And, it’s through faith that we understand things pertaining to the Word and to the Kingdom. Through believing! Through faith! Are we full of it?” KF KenFletcher.org
